Zoning Modernization
Reform outdated local zoning and land use codes that block housing production and increase costs.
Permitting Reform
Streamline permitting processes to reduce delays that add cost and discourage production.
Workforce Development
Grow and support the construction workforce through education, apprenticeships, and career pathways.
Building Codes
Adopt cost-effective building and energy codes that maintain safety while keeping homes attainable.
Impact Fees
Right-size impact fees so they are transparent, fair, and don't price out buyers or block production.
